At WPBackItUp we strive to provide the absolute best support possible to all our customers but priority is given to customers with active licenses only. If you don’t have an active license, then please check out our awesome features and no-risk offer.

All requests may be submitted using the "New support ticket" option in the WPBackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.

Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your requests and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that our offices are located in sunny Jacksonville, Florida so take into account time differences and allow adequate time for a response to your inquiry.
