How To Manually Backup Your WordPress Site
Once activated, the plugin loads a new menu into your WordPress Dashboard.
Simply click 'Backup' to generate a backup of your site. The plugin will update you on its progress.
When the backup is complete refresh the page and list of backups will appear in the available backups section where you can click the backup name and download icon to store somewhere safe .
Automated backups may be scheduled for any day of the week. (Premium Only)
